The campaign was short, directed, and efficient. Both Meyers and Preserve Ramapo relied primarily on their e-mail lists and websites to get the information out. One postcard mailing identified the candidates, and the opposition (assumedly CSR) answered with a first-class mailing that listed specific candidates and a potpourri of endorsements that included practically everyone with any name recognition in the County. To no avail. The anti-St. Lawrence network in the two villages is solid and growing. Check the results below for the margins in the individual races.

The agenda now switches from campaigning to reform. And hopefully, in two years time, when this process is repeated again throughout Ramapo, other districts can duplicate this return of representation to the neighborhoods.

Thanks to all who came out to vote.
